  • Tickets are not available for sale yet. They will be available for booking through this website only. Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

  • Yes, unless we are fully booked. In this case, our team will help you buy a ticket for another time or day.

  • There is no parking affiliated with the museum but visitors arriving by car can use one of the four parking lots located near the Museum. If you are planning on driving, please allow time to find a parking spot and remember to pay the parking meter.

  • You can take the metro to Baixa-Chiado station and walk 2 minutes to the Museum. Taking tram number 28, the route will be the same. Tram number 24 and bus number 758 pass through Praça Luís de Camões, from there it is a 3-minute walk to the Museum.

  • The experience should typically last between 45 and 90 minutes.

  • Yes, we are wheelchair accessible.

  • No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

  • Tickets are not required for children who are ages three and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
